Set up and used correctly, this is a very accurate bit of kit for anyone who wants to check their cars emission level. I bought this Gunson to check one of my cars emission level a few days prior to its mot test and was amazed how close the Gunson got to proper mot testing equipment! It can only read CO level, so it is a no frills bit of kit, but very accurate at what it does nonetheless.

Just be careful with the tiny L-Keys on the right side of the box ; they could fall out without you noticing if you don't secure them in place. I purchased this item because my brother in law is a mechanic in the US and only uses Snap-on tools. Bahco is a european manufacturer with a long tradition of quality and now is also the european brand of Snap-on (SNAEurope). It is definitly worth the money ! Great quality. Just be careful with the tiny L-Keys on the right side of the box ; they could fall out without you noticing if you don’t secure them in place. But overall, it a good design and I’ll probably still be using those tools in 20 years.

This top box is brilliant for the price, easy to fit takes two helmets (bit of manouvering if it’s two flip front helmets) and great for anybody riding pillion so long as you purchase the backrest that goes with it, plus you get the universal base plate, ok so you may have to buy a carrier to fit your particular make of bike but well worth it.

I was surprised at how flimsy the plastic is, unnerved that this means the catch sticks so that the box is hard to open if the contents slightly distort the edge of the box, and disappointed that it doesn't take two Shoei XR1000 helmets, due to their shape. Apart from the sticky paper ‘push’ label on the catch, this top box looks great and, even though I had to buy some longer bolts, the universal fitting kit is good and easy to use. I was surprised at how flimsy the plastic is, unnerved that this means the catch sticks so that the box is hard to open if the contents slightly distort the edge of the box, and disappointed that it doesn’t take two Shoei XR1000 helmets, due to their shape. Overall, I think the box is reasonable value, but another time I’d look for a top box that is more robust and that uses the space more flexibly.
